I was thinking wouldn't it be good to have chew toys for dogs and cats that represent enemies of animals. Basically I had in mind rubber dolls of vivisectionists, farmers, fox hunters, other kinds of hunters.
I suppose ones of vivisectionists and fox hunters would be most popular as even meat eaters hate them. The vivisectionist one I'd be most keen to create as that is the most extreme issue in terms of actual cruelty. Also you can get the general public on your side without necessarily having to raise the issues of what they eat or wear.
It would be a comical way of gaining attention which may be more effective than people think. Anti-Vivisection charities should consider this.

Yes I think I would enjoy watching my dog slowly chewing her way through one of these chew toys. I wonder if any of the vegan chew manufacturers would take up the idea and produce some for us.

Well many if not most animals don't like visiting the vet either so maybe it wouldn't matter to them. But we could just write "VIVISECTIONIST" on them to make things clear.

I Love the idea however how do we make them look different from a vet?

Yes, I thought for a vivisectionist a white scientist coat perhaps already with tears in it. A very frightened expression would be no doubt be needed for all dolls. How graphic would it be acceptable for the dolls to be. Oh well people are always going on about how dogs and cats are carnivores so it's not as if fake bloodied effigies would be a shock to them.

This is such a good idea, I'm amazed. You've made my day! =) One could perhaps make them out of other materials than rubber, though, vegetable chewing materials, like some 'bones' are already made of. It could, of course, be difficult to depict a vivisectionist; one might have to deal with quite a lot of details, you have to create a 3D-image and a mold (e.g. using a 3D-printer, now rather cheap), or if you could get the printer to print in the final material right away that would be great.
